The exercise library is a resource for our strength training moves during training. Please follow your training plan for specific reps and sets. The library will provide written and video demonstrations. If you are unsure if you are performing an exercise correctly or need a regression or progression (too hard or too easy), please reach out and ask. I am here to help!
Scheduled appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Appointment cancellations without sufficient notice will be forfeited. Canceled appointments may be rescheduled if availability is open for both parties within 30 days of the originally scheduled date.
There are no refunds, but recurring charges can be canceled at any time for any reason without penalty.
